These terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kalchas website and Service at kalchas.io. By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Research and information service
Kalchas publishes research, commentary, data summaries, and agent-generated analyses concerning publicly listed companies and securities markets. All content on the Service is general in nature and does not take into account the personal objectives, financial situation, or particular needs of any user. Nothing on the Service constitutes personal financial product advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.
2. No Australian Financial Services Licence
Kalchas does not currently hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL). The Service is offered consistent with the publisher’s exemption set out in the Corporations Regulations 2001 (Cth) and ASIC Regulatory Guide 36. Before acting on any information provided through the Service, you should consider its appropriateness with regard to your situation and seek independent professional advice from a licensed adviser.
3. Forward-looking statements
Research published through the Service may include forward-looking statements, projections, or scenario analyses. These involve known and unknown risks, uncertainties, and assumptions and are not guarantees of future performance. Actual outcomes may differ materially.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Service, including text, images, and the underlying agentic systems, is the intellectual property of Kalchas or its licensors. You may share short excerpts with attribution, but you may not republish, rehost, or use the content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest the Service without prior written consent;
- misrepresent your identity or use the Service to deceive others;
- attempt to disrupt the Service or circumvent its security controls.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalchas excludes all liability (whether in contract, tort, equity, or under statute) for any loss or damage arising from access to or reliance on the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or remedy which cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page.
