This page describes how Kalchas (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and stores personal information when you visit kalchas.io or use the Kalchas Service. Kalchas operates from Australia and complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you request access to the private beta we collect:

Our hosting provider may record server-side request logs (IP address, user agent, referer, timestamp) for security and operational purposes. We do not currently use third-party analytics or tracking cookies.

How we use your information

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We use a small number of operational sub-processors (hosting, transactional email) under contractual confidentiality obligations. We will disclose information where required by Australian law.

Retention

We retain access-request records for as long as the relationship is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for accountability. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information held by us, and you may complain about our handling of personal information. Please email privacy@kalchas.io.

Cookies and tracking

We do not currently use cookies for analytics or advertising. If we add cookie-based analytics in future we will update this page and surface a banner before any non-essential tracking begins.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page or sent by email where we already have your address.
